What tolerances can CNC machining achieve?
Standard machining holds ±0.05 mm, good practice ±0.02 mm, and precision 5-axis work can hold ±0.005 mm on critical features.

Which file formats do you accept?
STEP, STP, IGES, DXF, DWG, PDF drawings, and 3D models. Send what you have — our engineers will review it.

How fast is a quote?
We typically respond within 24 hours with pricing and DFM feedback.

Ordering & Production

Do you handle prototypes?
Yes — functional prototypes, small batches, and production runs of 10,000+ pieces.

What materials do you machine?
Aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, brass, copper, and engineering plastics including Delrin, Nylon, and PEEK.

Can you finish parts?
We offer anodizing (Type II/III), passivation, plating, painting, powder coating, bead blasting, and mirror polishing.

Quality & Logistics

Do you provide inspection reports?
MTRs and certificates of conformity are standard. CMM inspection reports and FAI reports are available on request.

How do parts ship?
Worldwide via express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) or air/sea freight, with full tracking and export documentation.
