Our Manufacturing Process

Four disciplined steps take your project from drawing to delivery — with quality checked at every stage.

Engineering review consulting CAD design data

1. Engineering Review

Our engineers review your drawings for manufacturability (DFM), verify dimensions, tolerances and materials, and suggest cost-saving optimizations before production begins. You receive a precise quotation with clear specifications.

2. Precision Manufacturing

Parts are machined or fabricated using CNC centers, turning machines, laser cutting, and certified welding — monitored throughout by skilled operators to keep every feature on target.

3. Quality Inspection

Critical dimensions are verified with CMM and precision instruments. First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, surface profiling, and material verification are documented for every order.

Final inspection and packaging for shipment

4. Final Inspection & Delivery

Final inspection confirms every part meets the specification, then components are cleaned, protected, packed, and shipped worldwide with full documentation and tracking.
